I started doing the Miracle Morning routine* in the new year, and am finding it really helpful to have some structure and focus for stress relief. A little movement, a little meditation, some positive self talk, and some journaling does the trick for me. And some preventative emergenC.

*The Miracle Morning is an inspiring book that urges us to take an hour daily, ideally in the morning, to take on 6 practices that acronym to SAVERS: silence, affirmations, visioning, exercise, reading, and scribing.
